SEBi staff are trained in all phases of data collection; input processes; marketing and promotion services. Emphasis is placed on accuracy and data integrity, ensuring stringent data quality standards. Customer supplied data is uploaded to SEBi’s CRM system and merged with a questionnaire to reflect the campaign/project to be undertaken.

SEBi telemarketing staff use this as the basis for interviewing prospects. This is carried out in real time; with the company details displayed and amended in real time. Our systems can rapidly be adjusted to allow for additional questions; answers and referrals to be entered at short notice. Telephone interviews and inputting are conducted under constant supervision by team leaders.
